Shipping Policy - Toilefy Australia

Order Processing
 

Orders placed on the Toilefy website are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Queensland public holidays). Orders placed before 12:00 pm AEST on a business day will generally be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm or on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.
 

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a separate dispatch notification with tracking details once your parcel has been collected by our carrier.
 

During peak periods (such as sale events or public holidays) dispatch times may extend by 1–2 business days. We will notify you if your order is significantly delayed.


Domestic Shipping Rates
 

We ship to all states and territories within Australia. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.

Delivery time frames are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Remote and regional areas (including parts of regional Queensland, WA, NT, and rural SA) may experience longer delivery times.

The following are general guides for standard shipping from our Queensland dispatch location. Express shipping is typically 1–2 business days faster.

International Shipping
 

At this time, Toilefy ships to Australian addresses only. We do not currently offer international shipping.
 

If you are located outside Australia and would like to inquire about international availability, please contact us at info@toilefy.com.au and we will let you know if this changes in the future.
 

Tracking Your Order
 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real time. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.
 

  • You can also log into your Toilefy account and view your order status under "My Orders" at any time.

  • If you did not receive a dispatch email, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

  • Tracking is provided by our carrier and is subject to their system availability. Toilefy is not responsible for delays in tracking updates.


Delivery Addresses
 

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. Toilefy is not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
 

  • We ship to residential and business addresses. We also ship to Australia Post parcel lockers and PO Boxes for standard shipping (express shipping to PO Boxes is subject to carrier availability).

  • If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at info@toilefy.com.au. We will do our best to accommodate changes before dispatch, but cannot guarantee this once an order has been collected by the carrier.


Failed Deliveries & Unclaimed Parcels

If no one is available to receive your parcel at the time of delivery, our carrier will generally:
 

  • Leave the parcel in a safe location at the delivery address (if safe to do so), or

  • Leave a collection card and hold the parcel at a local post office or carrier depot for a set collection period (usually 5–10 business days).


If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. A re-delivery fee may apply. Parcels unclaimed after 30 days may be disposed of and no refund will be issued.


Lost or Damaged Parcels
 

We take care to package all orders securely before dispatch. However, if your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected time frame, please contact us as soon as possible.
 

  • Damaged on arrival — please photograph the damaged packaging and product before opening fully, and email the photos along with your order number to info@toilefy.com.au within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Lost in transit — if your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or your parcel is significantly overdue, contact us and we will lodge an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.
     

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply regardless of carrier fault. We will work with you to resolve any issue promptly.

9Installation bookings & shipping
 

If you purchase a product and book an installation through Toilefy, please note the following:
 

  • Your product will be shipped to your nominated delivery address in the usual way. The installer does not bring or supply the product — you will need to have it on hand at the time of the appointment.

  • We recommend waiting until you have received and checked your product before confirming your installation appointment.

  • If your product arrives damaged or incorrect and you need to delay your installation, please notify us and your installer as early as possible so the booking can be rescheduled without a cancellation fee.
     

Toilefy is not responsible for installation delays caused by shipping delays, incorrect delivery addresses, or failed delivery attempts. We recommend booking your installation with sufficient lead time after your expected delivery date.
